We are pleased to advise that the final homes at Cavendish Grove were completed over the summer and the site compound has been removed.
October has seen the football and hockey pitches opened and for the rest of this month we are now focussing on completing the open space (including the swale), gym and play area. Once these are completed we will remove the site offices and storage currently located on the car park.
Please view our "programme of work" page to see the remaining work taking place in October before we leave the development.
Please note that this will be our final construction update and all pages not related to information for Bellway Cavendish Grove residents will be removed by the end of this year.
We thank you for all your patience, cooperation and understanding over the past few years and we hope that you will enjoy the new facilities available as part of the development.
